EIJK shoes are Dutch Design, produced in Italy by small-scale artisan shoemakers.
This unique upcycling collaboration between EIJK and De Bijenkorf gives discarded and damaged items a second life.
This gave EIJK the opportunity to think about how to work to upcycling the available denims and chinos.
The materials of the Bijenkorf are used in various shoes, ankle boots, loafers and sandals.
EIJK has also added a piece of clothing to its collection for the first time: a cool waistcoat. Each made of 3 pants, you can see the details of the pants here. This reduces the waste from the denims and chinos to a minimum. And the products are reused in such a way that they gain more value in unique products.
Both the shoes and the clothing pieces, the inside is also perfectly finished.
