Webshop Terms: Delivery & Returns
€ 6,95 Verzend kosten (ex tax) binnen Nederland, Bestellingen boven € 200 worden gratis verzonden (ex tax)
€ 13 Verzend kosten (ex tax) binnen Europa, Bestellingen boven € 500 worden gratis verzonden (ex tax)
€ 27 Verzend kosten (ex tax) buiten Europa, Bestellingen boven €700 worden gratis verzonden (ex tax)
Delivery information
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been send. Within ± 3 working days your order will be delivered within the Netherlands. Europe within ±5 working day’s, outside Europe ±8 working days .
At the moment of delivery and signature, responsibility for your purchased item(s) passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.We process and ship orders during our regular service hours (Monday-Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm CET, except public holidays). We aim to ship your order within one day after receiving your payment. It takes 3-4 working days to deliver your order (excluding bank holidays).
If you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to re-arrange your delivery. Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address for a redelivery.
Orders are generally delivered between 8am and 6 pm

Retourneren kan binnen 10 werkdagen na ontvangst.

Verzendkosten zijn voor de afzender.
Na ontvangst en het checken van de goederen, zal de betaling betrekking hebbend op het geretourneerde product geretourneerd worden op uw bank rekening. De goederen mogen geen gedragen kenmerken vertonen.
Shipping costs & countries
We are able to take payments and deliver worldwide, shipping costs vary depending on your location. Within the Netherlands the shipping is free of charge. For shipments outside The Netherlands but within the EU the costs are 15 euro’s ex tax and orders over 500 euro’s the shipping is free of charge. For orders outside the EU the shipping costs are 25 euro’s ex tax and orders over 700 euro’s the shipping is free of charge.
We aim to ship all orders within one day after receipt of payment, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to two days after receiving your payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
